I have had contact with strength sports since I started training myself at the age of 14, which turned into a lifestyle and a desire to help others achieve personal success.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I know that training is not only a change of body shape – a healthy and fit body is an element of happiness and self-confidence. This has a huge impact on all other aspects of life, from personal relationships to improving productivity at work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started learning by participating in a personal trainer course, the basics of dietetics and supplementation, as well as exercises on TRX tapes<\/strong><\/p>\n
