Depending on your needs and goals, we choose a course of action and do everything we can to make this path easier for you.
I will help you improve your health, achieve your dream figure and return to activity after an injury, or simply help you start this beautiful adventure with sport.
We implement the goal comprehensively.
I will help you with diet and supplementation.
If a given case requires it, we also cooperate with another specialist – a dietician or a physiotherapist. You will be in good hands.

We can train up to 3 times a week, building new habits. Trainings are extended with nutrition plans, regular body composition measurements. Depending on your goal and possibilities, apart from our meetings, you carry out tasks such as: stretching sessions, cardio or other regenerative activities- you will have this planned by me.
How long do trainings take?
Training lasts no less than an hour, on average it is 1:15-1: 20 minutes
Can training sessions be postponed or canceled?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the planned training. after this time, the cancellation is associated with the deduction of 50% of the training cost
How much time is left to use the training package?
- the package of 10 trainings is valid for 8 weeks.
- the package of 25 trainings is valid for 20 weeks
Times may be extended in the event of illness, departure or other justified cases that prevent training.
What does diet aid look like?
after the interview, you get recommendations as to the amount of macronutrients and the caloric content of your diet. It is on your side to match the recipes (you get a sample menu and information on how and what to adjust)
* In the case of people with metabolic, hormonal disorders or diseases, cooperation with a dietitian or doctor may be necessary.
What does the selection of supplementation look like?
depending on your needs and lifestyle, I will select supplements for you that can help you improve your health, speed up the process of getting your dream figure, or affect memory and concentration.
