3 personal trainings is a perfect option for shorter cooperation.
These workouts are longer than normal. They last about an hour and a half.
Depending on the stage you are at:
- give you the opportunity to analyze the technique of your exercises
- check your current training plan
- diet analysis, finding weak points and reasons for lack of progress.
or: - familiarize you fully with the gym and exercise techniques,
- establishing a preliminary training plan and course of action.
This way of work covers:
- Workout plan made for you. It depends on your experience, possibilities and goals.
- Dietary assistance.
- Additional consultation – at the time you choose (e.g. in a month) we can make changes in training, other exercises, or answer questions that will probably appear during your workouts.
- you also receive additional materials:
– a list of over 200 different exercises, divided into muscle groups and with the described technique of execution,
– materials on creating training plans – to know what and why is worth changing in the future
– planned mobility training and warm-up to take care of the range of motion and the health of the spine and joints
